Nap Inducer ...

I was hungry. I had some leftover pumpkin puree and evaporated milk in the fridge. Mix. Stir. Voila!

Mind you, I'm about to lapse into a coma from all the flour and sugar, but they're really good!

I made more with the remaining batter, wrapped 'em in waxed paper, and stashed 'em in the fridge. This morning, I popped a few in the toaster to see how they'd turn out.

Yup, they turn out! So I'm pleased to know I can make them in advance and then toast 'em up instead of making two or three at a time in a pan.
